LOCAL RESIDENT COMPLETION OFFER

1. The Offer

Eligible customers will receive a one-off payment of £100 (the "Offer") upon the successful completion of a first-charge mortgage arranged by THE MORTGAGE. MARKET (TMM) LIMITED. This offer is strictly limited to one £100 payment per one £99 paid upfront fee.

Example: If a customer completes on four first charge mortgages arranged by THE MORTGAGE. MARKET (TMM) LIMITED but has only paid one £99 upfront fee to THE MORTGAGE. MARKET (TMM) LIMITED, they are entitled to £100.

Example: If a customer completes on one first charge mortgages arranged by THE MORTGAGE. MARKET (TMM) LIMITED and they paid one £99 upfront fee to THE MORTGAGE. MARKET (TMM) LIMITED, however the mortgage has got 4 applicants, they are entitled to £100.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for this offer, you must meet all of the following requirements:

  • Location: You must be a resident of Rochford, Hockley, Hullbridge, or Rayleigh at the time of the initial enquiry.

  • Enquiry Path: You must submit your initial enquiry via one of our dedicated local landing pages where this offer is explicitly mentioned.

  • Notification: You must notify your mortgage adviser of this specific promotional offer during your initial consultation or at the point of application.

  • Mortgage Type: The offer applies to all first-charge mortgage types arranged through THE MORTGAGE MARKET (TMM) LIMITED.

3. Key Dates

  • Completion Deadline: The mortgage must successfully complete on or before 31st December 2026.

  • Applications that do not reach completion by this date will not be eligible for the payment.

4. Payment Process

  • Timing: The £100 payment will be issued following the legal completion of the mortgage.

  • Method: Payment will be made via bank transfer.

  • Details: We will contact you following completion to request your bank details.

5. Limitations and Exclusions

  • Fee Linking: This offer is restricted to one payout per individual client per upfront fee paid. For the avoidance of doubt, if a client pays a single upfront fee to arrange multiple mortgage completions, they will only be eligible for a single £100 payment.

  • Exclusivity: This offer is standalone and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts running by THE MORTGAGE MARKET (TMM) LIMITED.

  • Non-Transferable: The offer is only valid for the person(s) named on the mortgage application.

6. General

  • THE MORTGAGE MARKET (TMM) LIMITED reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time.

  • THE MORTGAGE MARKET (TMM) LIMITED reserves the right to withhold or reclaim any payment where fraud, misrepresentation, or abuse of the offer is suspected.

  • Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
